Now almost 5 months since the owner said this will be looked into and zero response.Here is the second part of my review.If the original offer had a deadline that was so life and death, why didn’t Paul mention the deadline when he originally presented the offer or at least call me and ask me what I wanted to do before the offer “expired”? Paul had a brand new DC replacement from the distributor for the DC that had the loose micro-SD card inside. From what I see, Paul is out zero money returning the old DC to the distributor and having a new DC in inventory. Then I can use the credit from the old DC to put towards a new 4k DC. Paul quickly exchanged the DC and didn’t offer to look up anything, forcing my hand to take the DC. I shockingly left and started using the DC. While I am driving the DC will periodically power down for 30 seconds and then power up again. I just hope nothing happens in the 30 seconds the DC is off. There is no reason for the DC power down and restart.In December the heated seats module became available for the vehicle. The technicians at the dealership couldn’t get the heated seats to work. After a couple of failed appointments, I said there is a DC connected somewhere to the vehicle’s power. At the next appointment, troubleshooting was done and the cause was the DC wiring done by Mobile Sounds did not have the connector fully seated in the Body Control Module. The DC wires were fully connected by the technician at the dealership and then the heated seats worked. The cost for diagnosis was over $950. $735 for a DC I didn’t ask for and now $950 to the dealership because of shoddy installation work by Mobile Sounds. Basically down $1,700 and I have a DC that is not what I originally requested, the features of the DC are not the best, while driving the DC periodically powers down for 30 seconds and turns back on, hooking up the DC with the app is cumbersome at best, and the installation was far from professional.To say the least, I am not happy at all. If there is a problem with your purchase at Mobile Sounds, Paul will make you feel like you are the reason for the problem and that Mobile Sounds is the victim.

Bought a 2011 civic EXL w/ premium audio system. Radio wasn’t functioning properly and ended up taking it off to see the wires are a mess and had been worked on before. Went to visions and was being quoted over $800, which is ridiculous. Then I found this gem of a place on google. Came here and Paul helped me right away without trying to sell me like the salesperson at Visions did. he looked at it and got to work on it right away. Quoted me an extremely reasonable price as well. Called me back less than an hour later and made everything perfectly working order. Went above and beyond, after speaking with Paul and seeing his work, I can certainly say his 25+ years experience speaks for itself. if you need any car stereo/radio work, this place is the one! Don’t go to all those other places that just rip people off.

Just got my car starter installed here. They were soo fast, efficient, friendly, and the place was well kept. Will definitely recommend. And they took the time to explain how to use the starter. Thank you! Money well spent. Especially in this -30c weather

2014 Cadillac Cue gel screen had frozen due to cold temperatures and was no longer functioning. Duane and the team at Mobile were able to to provide a quote and install an upgraded replacement screen with no issues. Their service was friendly, professional, timely and met the quoted price. Very satisfied with the service received and will return for future car audio needs as well as recommend Mobile Sound to friends and family.

I recently took in my 2015 Acura MDX to get a touch screen replaced that had cracked. After the initial repair, my screen worked for only a day then stopped working again.The staff ordered another replacement screen and replaced it again free of charge.I found their pricing very fair and reasonable and their staff friendly and professional.

I was looking for an alarm for my car for sometime, and after talking to Duane on the phone I decided to drop by the shop totally unannounced. As soon as I walked through the door I was blown away with how friendly everyone was. Duane took the time to explain the alarm I was getting and said they could do it right now. From start to finish it was a great experience, I highly recommend Mobile Sounds.Treat yourself and have it done properly...Cheers!

Asked Mobile Sounds to ship a 60$ item to me down in Lethbridge, was told it wasnt enough of a purchase to waste their time on boxing it up and shipping it. I hope the owner understands that an attitude like that will get them put out of business by outfits like Amazon. Mobile Sounds sucks. Never will I spend a penny at this place.

The Infotainment" system in my 2014 RAV4 failed when frozen in cold weather 12 months ago while the vehicle was parked outside. I took it to Duane who sent it away for repair and gave me a loaner to replace after paying upfront. Due to the chip shortage

Just installed a subwoofer in the 2021 F150 and the results are very satisfactory. Good at giving prices and fast in installation. Highly recommended. Thanks Mark
